Nic is an associate in Stephenson Harwood's international data protection team and provides practical advice to clients in a wide range of industries in relation to data protection issues.
Nic regularly advises on issues regarding international data transfers, subject access requests and contracting provisions relating to the use of personal data. Nic also provides advice on data protection issues in corporate and commercial transactions.
- Providing strategic advice on data governance policies to clients in the financial services sectors.
- Preparing data processing agreements, intra-group transfer arrangements and agreements to support international data transfers.
- Advising clients in relation to the management of complaints and subject access requests
