Jenna is a senior corporate, data protection and privacy specialist. With more than 15 years of experience across the UK, EMEA and APAC regions, Jenna's wide-ranging expertise incorporates data privacy, commercial and technology related transactions including advising on AI, AI governance and DLT, digital assets, regulatory compliance, investment and retail banking, and investment management.

She co-chairs the Data Protection Finance Group, a UK network of more than 400 senior lawyers and privacy professionals working in finance across the UK.

Jenna advises on all aspects of data protection and privacy with a specific focus on advising financial services clients. Her clients range from international banks to small asset managers, pension funds and fintechs.

As well as private practice experience, Jenna provides practical, pragmatic advice to her clients based on extensive in-house experience. Jenna has worked in-house for leading financial services organisations, including Santander where she established the bank's data privacy legal function. Jenna has previously served as a DPO for a FinTech, Asto Digital Ltd., and Vice President and primary legal adviser for data privacy across at Columbia Threadneedle Investments in EMEA (part of Ameriprise Financial Inc.) where she was responsible for the implementation of their GDPR programme.

As well as the Co-Chair of the Data Protection Finance Group, DPFG, Jenna is a member of IRSG, SASIG, IAPP Women Leading Privacy and Women in Privacy and a speaker at international conferences, panel discussions and other events.
